Billing & subscriptions

How you're charged

• Prices are per server, per month, in naira. Currency conversion is the card network's problem, never yours.
• You're charged when provisioning starts; the card on file is billed via Paystack, or funds are drawn from your wallet.
• Renewals are pay-as-you-use: the plan base (for example STARTER at 1 vCPU / 1 GB) plus any resource rank-up, traffic, and active-user overage for that period.
• Move to a bigger or smaller plan any time. The change applies right away and your next invoice uses the new price -- there's no mid-cycle proration.

Pay as you use (rank up)

Stay on a small plan and grow only what you need. On the instance Overview tab, set higher vCPU, RAM, or disk without changing plan. The next renewal charges the base plus per-extra unit rates for anything above the plan. Usage - Billing estimate shows the upcoming total with line items. Traffic is measured automatically; active users can be reported from the same Overview tab or via API.

Subscriptions

Billing - Subscriptions lists one subscription per server. Change plans there; cancelling switches billing off at the end of the paid period.

If a payment fails

You get a three-day grace window. A banner appears on the dashboard, you update your card, and your servers keep running. After the window, servers suspend; nothing is deleted for another fourteen days.

Invoices

Every charge produces a naira invoice under Billing - Invoices. Expand a row to see base and overage line items; download as a page you can print or save as PDF from your browser.
